Halong Bay, Vietnam

Kochi, Japan
Shikoku Island is a popular Buddhist pilgrimage site, with Kochi home to three of the 88 temples, including Chikurinji Temple, known for its five-story pagoda and nearby botanical garden. Kochi's 17th-century castle, one of Japan's 12 remaining feudal castles, is a highlight. South of town, Katsurahama Beach offers scenic views, though swimming is prohibited due to strong currents. The beach is also famous for its picturesque seaside shrine and the local dish, Katsuo no Tataki, a lightly grilled bonito tuna specialty.
Tokushima, Japan
Tokushima, located on Japan's Shikoku Island, is known for its vibrant Awa Odori dance festival, one of Japan's most famous traditional celebrations.
