    7. References to “supplier”, “wholesaler”, “provider”, “booking channel”, or booking facilitator refer to suppliers of travel-related services such as airlines, cruises, tours, and more.
    8. Booking cruise, travel, accommodation, or services with Our Vacation Centre signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions and those applicable to suppliers with whom you have contracts.

    1. Without affecting statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited, Our Vacation Centre gives no warranties regarding the services provided by suppliers and is not liable for misrepresentations or errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by such parties.
  4. LIMIT OF LIABILITY

    • Check booking details within 48 hours of confirmation. Report discrepancies immediately.
    • If discrepancies are not reported, bookings will be deemed correct with no refunds applicable.
