6. References to “you”, “client”, “passenger”, “member” shall mean an authorized person dealing with Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd.
7. References to “supplier”, “wholesaler”, “provider”, “booking channel”, or booking facilitator refer to suppliers of travel-related services such as airlines, cruises, tours, and more.
8. Booking cruise, travel, accommodation, or services with Our Vacation Centre signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions and those applicable to suppliers with whom you have contracts.

PRIVACY
1. We are committed to protecting your personal information and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy, viewable at Privacy Policy.
2. Protection and Privacy. Personal data will be processed for providing products and services requested, and may also be recorded or monitored for staff training and quality control purposes.
WARRANTIES & REPRESENTATIONS
1. Without affecting statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited, Our Vacation Centre gives no warranties regarding the services provided by suppliers and is not liable for misrepresentations or errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by such parties.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
1. Function or operation of this website is not warranted to be uninterrupted, defect-free, or virus-free.
2. We are not liable for any kind of damages related to your use of or inability to access this site.
3. Use of this website implies indemnification for liability related to website use or linked sites, except as limited by applicable laws.
4. Liability, if not excluded, is limited to re-supply of services, cost of re-supplying services, or booking value.
5. Liabilities due to third-party service unavailability are limited.

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes must be submitted to the jurisdiction of its courts.
FORCE MAJEURE
1. OVC does not assume liability for damage, loss, or inconvenience caused by events outside our control, such as acts of nature or civil unrest.
TRAVEL ADVICE
1. Health: Consult with a doctor or travel medical service before travel. Carry necessary vaccination documentation.
Checking Your Bookings
- Check booking details within 48 hours of confirmation. Report discrepancies immediately.
- If discrepancies are not reported, bookings will be deemed correct with no refunds applicable.
TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION & SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS
1. Descriptions are based on supplier-provided information. Errors are not our responsibility.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
1. Travel documents may have conditions or restrictions, including being non-refundable.

PRICES, BOOKING FEES, DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS

4. Payments: Received on behalf of service providers. Terms apply per agreement.
